Can I return my Sample Sale or mystery item?
Because of the super special prices, all items labeled as sample items or mystery are final sale - no returns or exchanges.
Can I change or add to my order?
We wish we could! Unfortunately, due to the crazy high shipping volumes during sample sale, we cannot modify your sample sale order after it’s placed.
Can I cancel my Sample Sale order?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive during this time, we unfortunately cannot cancel your sample sale order after it’s placed.
Can I get a price adjustment since it’s part of the Sample Sale?
Our Sample Sale prices are reserved for products that are final sale. Due to their special discounted price, they are not eligible under our warranty and return/exchange policy.
What's the difference between Sample Sale items and regular items?
Sample sale items are stylist samples that may be imperfect while regular items are first quality (quality we guarantee, are eligible for returns/exchanges).
When will I receive confirmation or tracking for my Sample Sale order?
We receive a higher volume of orders than usual but we're working hard to ship your order ASAP! Please expect up to two days to receive tracking updates of your order.
Can I add Checkout+ to my Sample Sale order?
Sample Items are final sale - no returns or exchanges. If your order contains a mix of Sample Items and full price items, Checkout+ will only apply to the full price items.
