How do I start a return?Updated a month ago

To begin the return process, click here for our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. 

If you purchased Checkout+, after submitting your return, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return.

If you did not purchase Checkout+, returns and exchanges are subject to a $7 shipping and handling fee. 

Our return policy allows returns for undamaged products purchased in the last 30 days.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 2 business days or fewer after our returns department receives the return.
