How do you refund split payment methods?Updated a month ago

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, including split payments such as gift cards and Shop Pay. Discounts applied to your order are distributed proportionally across items and payment methods, and refunds are issued accordingly.

If store credit was used, that portion is refunded first and cannot be changed to another payment method.

For Shop Cash purchases, refunds are processed according to the original Shop Cash balance in your Shop account. Some Shop Cash promotions may apply additional promotional credit to your order, but only your original Shop Cash balance is returned if the order is refunded.

Shop Cash promotions are managed by Shop, not MIRU, and we’re unable to reissue promotional Shop Cash as a discount code or manually adjust Shop Cash balances.
