When and how should I expect my refund?
After processing your return, we'll send an email confirmation. You will be credited to the requested form of payment except for shipping and applicable discounts.
Can I return just one or two pieces from my set?
Please note that if you decide to keep some items but not the full kit, you will no longer be eligible to receive the discounted kit price for any items you keep.
How do you refund split payment methods?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, including split payments such as gift cards and Shop Pay. Discounts applied to your order are distributed proportionally across items and payment methods, and refunds are issued accordingly.
