We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. We accept undamaged returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased Checkout+, your return or exchange is free. If you opted out of Checkout+, return packages are subject to a $8 handling fee.

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges (e.g. final sale items, sample/archive sale items, Mystery items, gifts cards, gifts with purchase).

Returned items must be undamaged and sent back in their original packaging.

To help protect your return in transit, items should be packed in a box or padded envelope. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. To begin the return process, visit our Returns and Exchanges Portal.

Please note that unauthorized returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Miru. Shipping is not refundable.
