Our flat back earrings and cartilage hoops are made of solid implant grade titanium (hypoallergenic, always nickel-free). The flat back posts are all made of implant grade titanium, and the earring tops are made of the same titanium. 

Our gold titanium earrings are coated using a process called PVD, which is more durable than traditional gold plating - so it's designed to last. Our silver titanium earrings are either unplated or plated with Platinum (with the exception of our Lab Grown Diamond Nap Earrings that are plated with Rhodium)

These earrings are meant to be worn 24/7 (with regular cleaning using gentle soap, recommend once a week on that), and they should last without losing their color for quite a while. We do not recommend cleaning your earrings with hydrogen peroxide or other harsh chemicals as it can damage the metal.
