How do I earn points in the Maison Miru loyalty program?
Get a Birthday bonus (100 points). Place an order. $1 = 1 point (SILVER). $1 = 2 points (GOLD). $1 = 2 points (TITANIUM).
How do I get points for joining the Maison Miru email list if I was already signed up?
No need to worry! Our system recognizes existing subscribers, so your points will be automatically added.
How do I check my current points balance?
Your member dashboard has the details—just log in to view your point balance.
Do my loyalty points expire?
Never!
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Points are redeemable at checkout when you’re logged into The Stack. Not signed up yet? No worries—you’ll have the option to sign up at checkout.
Can I combine loyalty points with other promotions or discounts?
Absolutely. Your points can be used alongside other promos and sitewide sales.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you make a return, we’ll credit back any points you redeemed and remove the points earned from that order.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
Yes–points apply to any orders placed since 11/26/24, as long as you're signed up for The Stack.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn in a month?
No limit. The more you shop, the more you stack. (Note that you can only earn points on one review per order.)
How do tiers work?
Your annual spend determines your tier in The Stack. If you don’t meet the minimum for your current tier over 12 months, you’ll be moved down a level.
