Just completed your order but changed your mind?

You'll need to contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If it hasn't been fulfilled yet, we'll do our best to cancel it before it ships.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. But if you need to update your shipping address or anything else, please contact our customer service.

How do I find my order number?

Look for your order number on your order confirmation email or on your packing slip that came with your order. It's 6 digits long and listed towards the top.

Can I exchange an item received as a gift?

If you received a Maison Miru gift, you can request an exchange or store credit in the same retail value via our Gift Returns & Exchanges portal.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue with a photo to our team via email for further assistance.
